Do I need previous yoga experience?
Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The practices will be adapted to individual needs, and the focus is on personal experience rather than performance.
Is travel insurance required?
Comprehensive travel insurance is MANDATORY. It should cover medical expenses, cancellations, travel delays, and personal belongings.
What airport should I fly to?
For Rishikesh retreat: Please book your international flight to Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) in New Delhi. We will meet as a group in Delhi before traveling together to Rishikesh.
Do I need a visa for India?
Most international travelers require a visa to enter India. Requirements vary depending on your nationality. We recommend checking the latest visa information with your local Indian embassy or consulate. Guidance will also be provided after registration.
Is this a yoga retreat or a transformational retreat?
While yoga is an important part of the experience, this retreat is much more than a yoga holiday. It is a holistic journey that combines yoga, meditation, self-inquiry, healing practices, sacred rituals, Ayurvedic wisdom, and meaningful cultural experiences designed to support personal transformation.
